Goku vs Saitama reality

Goku crushes Saitama. Saitama's best striking feats when putting a moderate degree of seriousness into it can't compare to what Goku pulled off as a Super Saiyan God, and he's gotten stronger and better since then. Hell, look what Boros did, and he's star level wanked to utmost maximum within a reasonable degree of common sense and nowhere near the power of Galactus or Thanos like some claim (looking at you, VariantComics). He punched him to the moon. If he can do that, why can't Goku splatter him across a galaxy? Even the degree to which "Saitama is always holding back" means nothing when he had to have put at least 1% into the last attack against Boros, which he not only confirmed, but was since backed up by the guides. Now, ONE might surprise you indeed, but regardless, as it stands now, given what he's shown on screen, and a reasonable conclusion we can draw to how much he's holding back, this would put him at best at small galaxy tier. Goku is already far above that. So no, this is not "what would really happen." Plus Goku has the Hakai, which will work on gods, ghosts, and even meta-aware gag characters. Saitama has shown no resistance to that kind of fourth-wall technique. Plus it's not as if OPM is as comedic as, say, the Looney Toons, or other anime and manga. It's a parody, and a trope deconstruction, but there's still very clear rules in the OPM universe and it has a certain element of seriousness to it. So even if you want to argue Saitama has equal or more power, which he has not shown, but fine, whatever, Goku still has the hax needed to bypass that. Saitama just loses to any Goku past the Saiyan Saga. Period. Maybe Saitama will do better in the future. We will see. But given ONE's simplistic writing style (which is not an insult, btw, as Toriyama himself was as simplistic), don't bet on it.
